Customer Terms and Conditions

Deposit and Full Payment Cancellation / Rescheduling policy:
Auzdive Pty Ltd Trading as DiveinCairns.com requires a Deposit of 20% of the course or trip to commence booking arrangements.
DiveinCairns.com will not charge your credit card until we have secured your booking.
We will contact you advising you we have secured your booking by Email, with a reservation confirmation number and details of the deposit charged and required payment details for the outstanding balances.
DiveinCairns.com will not charge any fees for bookings made that are found to be unavailable at time of booking and we will advise you that the tour is full, and give you the best options available for your consideration.   
Please note DiveinCairns.com must receive at least 72 hours notice from you when choosing to cancel / reschedule a reservation prior to the start date.

Cancellation refunds are not given within 72 hours prior to travel or commencement date. This includes factors beyond your control including medical problems, airline delays, bad weather, etc. - "Trade Practices Act 1974". Travel insurance is highly recommended.
All DiveinCairns.com bookings are subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellations fees:
a. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your course/trip commencement date, DiveinCairns.com will refund your deposit in Full.*Excludes TAKA Bookings

Taka: Cancellation: The cancellation fees based on the full trip value are as follows:

• 20% cancellation fee 30 days or more prior to departure.
• 50% cancellation fee if within 30 days prior to departure.
• 100% cancellation fee within 14 days prior to departure.
• Schedules subject to change without notice  

b. Within 72 hours of course/trip commencement: Full course/trip fee will be charged. *Excluding Open Water Dive Courses.

PADI Open Water Courses booked online with DiveinCairns.com Cancellation Fees Are:

• Cancellation made more than 72 hours before your course/trip commencement date, DiveinCairns.com will refund your deposit in Full.
• Should you find that you fail your dive medical on day 1 of the course commencement, or find that during your first Scuba Diving pool experience that diving is not for you and you cancel prior to 5 pm on the first day, DiveinCairns.com will refund your deposit.
